J. MARC REPLOGLE

Representation with Honesty and Integrity

Mr. Replogle received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with honors, as an Accounting major from the University of Tennessee in 1985, and received his Doctor of Law from the Emory University School of Law in 1988.

Prior to opening this firm in 1997, Mr. Replogle practiced for two years with a corporate transactional firm, Venema, Doherty & Delashmit, P.C., and was head of their litigation section while also practicing in the area of corporate transactions and contracts. Prior to that, Mr. Replogle practiced for more than five years with a high volume collection firm, Howe & Associates, P.C.

Mr. Replogle is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and a past member of the American Bar Association and the Cobb County Bar Association and Atlanta Bar Association.  Mr. Replogle is admitted to practice in the Georgia Supreme Court, Georgia Court of Appeals, Georgia Superior and State Courts, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, and U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Georgia. 

Mr. Replogle is a past director in the Towne Lake Business Association; past member and officer of the Towne Lake PowerCore; past member of the Commercial Law League of America; Life Member of Kingston’s National Registry of Who’s Who, 2002 Ed; and a past member of the Board of Trustees and Administrative Board of Hillside United Methodist Church. 

Mr. Replogle represents hundreds of clients throughout Georgia and the metro area. Clients of Mr. Replogle know him not only for his character, but also for his attention to detail, his availability to clients, and the promptness with which he completes the matters for which he is hired. Mr. Replogle provides legal counsel to individuals and small businesses in corporate law matters, including representing purchasers and sellers of businesses, preparing and reviewing contracts, forming LLCs, and corporate governance; wills and probate matters; and collection and personal injury matters.

When not practicing law, Marc enjoys assisting his wife Kristin in her art business, which is detailed on her site at www.kristinreplogleart.com , and also traveling and hiking with his wife and their two adult children.
